Vivian Mae Luman, 92, of Center, Texas, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026, in Center, Texas. She was born on January 5, 1934, in Center, Texas, to the late Carter Hooper and Vernice (Gipson) Hooper.
Visitation will be held from 1:30-2PM on Friday, February 20, 2026, at White Rock Cemetery. Graveside service will follow with Rev. Melba Rodgers officiating.
Vivian was born and raised in Shelby County. She cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and especially her great-great granddaughter. She loved the Lord, her faith was strong and she was a great example to those around her.
She is survived by her children,

Vivian is preceded in death by her late husbands, Dennis Lucas, E.C. (Dock) Luman; parents, Carter and Vernice Hooper; brothers, Travis Hooper, Verlon Hooper; sisters, Essie Soape and Dessie Knight.
Serving as pallbearers are Jarod Bentley, Jonathan Bentley, Adam Sanchez, Alex Sanchez, Wesley Lucas, Marlie McSwain, and Jordan McSwain.
