Richard Wiley, 79, of Joaquin, passed away Sunday, March 05, 2017 at his home. Gravside Service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Grand Vew Funeral Home and Cemetery in Pasadena He was born July 27, 1937 in Borger, Hutchinson County, Texas to Clifford Cecil and Lily Juanita (Bozeman) Wiley. He served in US Navy. He was previously a member of Sagemont Baptist Church in Houston. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Clifford & Lily Wiley, Brother, Dale Wiley & Step-mother, Eunice Wiley.
