Patsy (Barnes) Parmer

Patsy Barnes Parmer, 84, of Tenaha, Texas, passed away on October 26, 2023, in Center, Texas.  She was born on December 19, 1938, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to the late Lester Barnes and Flaudia (Permenter) Rogers. 

Graveside service will be held at 2PM on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center, Texas.

Patsy was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. She graduated high school and married her best friend, Billy Lee Parmer. They made their home in Shelby County. Together they raised two sons, Kyle and Dirk. The two spent over 29 years together before his passing. She enjoyed life, spending time family especially the grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons,
