Margie Marie Bowlin

Margie Marie Bowlin, 88, of Center, TX passed away on December 13, 2019. Mrs. Bowlin was born on April 16, 1931 in Shelby County to the late OB and Vera (Matlock) McCauley.

Funeral service will be held Monday, December 16, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Noble officiating and Jimmy Elliott assisting. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 1:00 PM, with internment to follow at New Hope Cemetery.

Mrs. Bowlin is survived by her sons: Preston McCauley and wife Annette of Decatur, Texas, James Bowlin and wife Marty of Frisco, TX, Doug Bowlin and wife Misty of Central Hights, TX; Daughters: Joyce Elliott of Fort Worth, TX, Linda Upchurch of Center, TX, and Brenda Miller and husband James of Joaquin, TX; Sisters: Ida Weatherford and Ruby Eanes of Bryson; Grandchildren: Bo McCauley, Misti Phillips, Jesse Upchurch IV and wife Michelle, Kandy Jenkins and husband Charles, J.D. Elliott and wife Taylor, Anna Lee and husband Brandon, Justin Shofner, Adam Shofner, Shelbi Miller, Mackenzi Bowlin, Molly Bowlin, Madox Bowlin and Bennett Bowlin. Great Grandchildren: Bradley Christiansen, Caleb McCauley, Jacob McCauley, Angelic Olah, Destini Phillips, Raimi Phillips, Mackenzi Fowler, Chandler Upchurch, Jesse Jenkins, Riley Shofner, Grayson Lee, Baby Lee. Great Great Grandchildren: Briley Christiansen; Numerous Nieces and Nephews and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers serving will be Bradley Christiansen, Preston McCauley, Adam Shofner, J.D. Elliott, Jesse Jenkins, Brandon Lee, James Miller and Charles Jenkins.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Bowlin; daughter, Loyce Fowler; parents, OB & Ruth McCauley; mother, Vera Matlock; brothers, Eugene, Kenneth and OB McCauley; sister, Lovine Faye Baggett; sons-in-law, Jesse Upchurch,III and Tommy Elliott; grandchildren, Joshua Fowler, Jeanetta McCauley and Sarah Upchurch; and niece, Eva Lazarine;
