Kay Connell, 79, of Moultrie, Georgia passed away on March 23, 2020 in Center, Texas. Born August 29, 1940, in Duncan, Oklahoma, Kay is the daughter of Warren M. Lewis and Thelma (Stapp) Lewis. Private family graveside service will be held at Smith Cemetery.
