Jane LaJuan (Anderson) Smith

Jane LaJuan Anderson Smith, 79, of Center, Texas, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022 in Tyler, Texas. She was born December 14, 1942, in Shelby County, Texas to the late George W. Anderson and Carrie (Jones) Anderson. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Johnny Lewis and Bro. Ray Boulter officiating. Interment will follow at Smith Cemetery in Shelby County.

Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel.

Jane was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Shelby County.  She enjoyed watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren in everything that they were a part of.

Jane is survived by 2 sons, Allen Hogan and wife, Debra of Center, Jeff Hogan and wife Kassie of Centerville; grandchildren: Jennifer Youngblood and husband, Phillip, Megan Gunn and husband, Jon, Brittney Campbell and husband, K.C., Kelly Weiler and husband, Justin, Samantha Bailey and husband, Brad; great grandchildren: Ryleigh & Whitley Youngblood, Maci Mince, Kortni Gunn, Lane Gunn, Beni Jo Campbell, Trenton and Tinley Weiler, brother; Kenneth Anderson of Center, 2 sisters; Sheila Hadley and husband, Charles of Paige, Texas, Sharon Boulter and husband, Ray of Longview, Texas and sister-in-law, Sylvia Anderson of Normangee, Texas

 She is preceded in death by her father, George W. Anderson, and her mother, Carrie Jones Anderson, husband, Hugh Coy Smith, brother, Lloyd Anderson, and sister-in-law, Joanne Anderson
