Dora Jean (Bailey) Livingston

Dora Jean Livingston, 93, of Center, Texas, passed away on September 30, 2024, surrounded by loved ones at her residence.  She was born on August 6, 1931, in the Waterman Community in Shelby County, to the late Harvey Bailey and Odie (Grace) Bailey.   

Funeral service will be held at 2PM on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Mangum Funeral Home, Center, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 6-8PM on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Mangum Funeral Home.

Dora Jean went to be with the Lord and was looking forward to the great reunion she would have with her husband, Bill Livingston, her parents, and her brothers. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. Although the family is left with a giant hole in their hearts, they are celebrating that she is Home.

Dora Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Livingston; parents, Harvey and Odie Bailey; brothers and sisters-in-law, Audrey “Bibia” Bailey and wife Armatha, Pete Bailey and wife Ray Nell, Millard Bailey and wife Charlotte, Jimmy Bailey and wife Betty Faye, and Billy Bailey and wife Roselene.

Pallbearers serving will be Eugene Kujawa, Larry Parker, Tommy Smith, Jamie Kujawa, Jerry Parker, Brian Patrick, and Bradley Thomason.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kenton Harbour, Blane Martinez, Haiden Martinez, Hayden Abendroth, Kooper Calaway, Braden Patrick, Jake Thomason, and Trey Thomason.
