David Paul Sholmire

David Paul Sholmire, 81, of Texas City, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, in League City. He was born on August 25, 1943, in Cleveland, Texas, to the late Jack Sholmire and Mildred (Truitt) Sholmire.

David served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was an instrumental Tech for Monsanto Chocolate Bayou and was a Professor at Lee College in Baytown. David enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and he was an avid traveler. David also received his pilot's license and loved flying.
