He attended Joaquin High School and carried the values of hard work and compassion into every chapter of his life. He met the love of his life, Mary Evans, and the two were married on February 20, 1993.
Butch was known for his unwavering dedication to his work and the people he worked alongside. He took pride in every job he held and was deeply respected by those who knew him professionally. His coworkers were more than colleagues—they were part of the extended circle of people he cared for and appreciated.
Butch grew up with a strong sense of family and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. A devoted father and grandfather, Butch found his greatest joy in spending time with his family—a true family man whose presence brought warmth to every gathering. Whether riding four-wheelers or horses, he cherished every moment shared with loved ones. His grandchildren brought him immense happiness, and he treasured the bond he had with each one. He also held a special place in his heart for his brothers and sisters.
Butch’s best friend was his beloved dog Cricket—also known as "Kujo." Their companionship was a constant source of comfort and joy throughout the years.
